Training Schedule

Every week we have three training moments: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Mondays and Wednesdays are for Hercules members only, while Fridays are in collaboration with CrossFit Twente. You are free to join all Monday and Wednesday trainings, and after a few weeks you can also join the more advanced Friday trainings.

Each training is one hour and consists of a warming up, a strength part, and lastly the WOD. More information about what we do during trainings can be found on the Definitions or Movements page.

Time and Location

Monday and Wednesday

Every Monday and Wednesday training starts at 21:00 and is done at 22:00. As there is a class before us, please don’t be earlier then 10 minutes before the start of training.

Friday

On Friday we train together with CrossFit Twente members and it is from 16:00 – 17:00. As there are more experienced people there you can only join these trainings after a few weeks of attending the Monday and Wednesday trainings. This gives you time to learn what certain movements are and how the training works.

Where to be?

We train at the CrossFit Twente box, a renovated church in Twekkelerveld at G.J. van Heekstraat 414. There are two entrances, the big doors of the church and a smaller side-door on the left. To not disturb the class in session we use the side-door that brings us into the canteen. We have changing rooms where you can change and leave your stuff during the trainings.
